Safoof-e-Bars belongs to that tradition: a dark, earthy powder built around babchi seed, taken by the spoonful over months rather than days. How it is made
Babchi seed and the supporting botanicals are sourced single-origin, hand-cleaned of grit and stalk, dried in shade to protect their character, and ground fine on slow stone before sifting. Batch weights are kept modest so grinding stays cool. Nothing artificial goes in — no dye, no bulking agent, no synthetic preservative of any kind.
How to take it
Take one level teaspoon (about 5 g) with plain water or milk, once daily after breakfast, or as your hakeem directs. Traditional use is patient use: give it a continuous course of several weeks before judging it. Many are advised to keep sun exposure moderate while taking it.
