Orders & delivery

Dispatch, tracking, timings and what arrives in the box

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM on a working day are picked, packed and handed to the courier the same evening. Anything after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, goes out on the next working day. You will get a tracking number by SMS the moment the parcel leaves our gate in Multan.

Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Rawalpindi are normally two to three working days from dispatch. Smaller towns and remote districts take four to five. Multan city itself is usually next-day. Courier networks slow down around Eid and in heavy monsoon weeks, and we would rather warn you than promise.

A flat courier charge is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — glass bottles are heavy, so a large syrup order costs more to move than a box of capsules. Orders above Rs 3,000 ship free anywhere in Pakistan.

Each bottle is capped, induction sealed and sleeved, then double-boxed with the necks wrapped and the gaps filled so nothing can shift. Breakage is rare, but if a bottle does arrive damaged, photograph the parcel before you unpack it further and send us the pictures — we replace it, we do not argue about it.

Yes, as long as the parcel has not been collected by the courier. Call or WhatsApp us with your order number and the corrected address and we will update it before dispatch. Once a tracking number has been issued, the change has to go through the courier and can add a day or two.

Not through the online store yet. We do supply overseas distributors with proper export documentation and certificates of analysis, so if you are asking on behalf of a shop or a clinic abroad, write to our export desk and we will send the dossier.

Products & usage

What is in the bottle, how to take it, how to keep it

A sharbat is a sweet herbal or fruit syrup meant to be diluted in cold water — think Sharbat Anar or Sharbat Bazoori. An arq is a distillate: herb or flower steamed through a still so only the aromatic water carries over, with no sugar at all. A rub is a fruit concentrate reduced until it is thick and spoonable, closer to a preserve than a drink.

The traditional measure is roughly two tablespoons of syrup in a full glass of chilled water, stirred well — about one part syrup to eight parts water. Start lighter than you think; these syrups are reduced properly, so they carry further than the commercial squashes people are used to. Never drink them neat.

No. Our syrups are fruit, herb, sugar and water; the sugar itself is the preservative, which is why classical recipes use so much of it. Our arqiyat are herb and water only. No synthetic colour, no flavour essence, no added chemical preservative — which is exactly why an opened bottle belongs in the fridge.

The arqiyat are: Arq Gulab, Arq Sonf, Arq Podina, Arq Kasni and the rest of the distillates contain no added sugar whatsoever. The sharbat range does, by definition. Every label and every product page carries the full ingredient list, so you can check before you order rather than after.

Cap it tightly and stand it upright in the fridge. Use a clean, dry spoon every time — moisture and crumbs left in the neck are by far the commonest reason a syrup turns. Unopened, keep bottles in a cool dark cupboard away from the stove and out of direct sun. Opened sharbat is usually finished within eight to twelve weeks; arqiyat should be refrigerated immediately.

They are traditional Unani and herbal preparations, made by a DRAP-registered manufacturer. We describe traditional use, taste and comfort — we do not claim that any product treats, prevents or cures a disease. If you are unwell, are taking prescribed medicine, are pregnant, or are buying for a young child, speak to a doctor or a qualified hakeem first.

Payments & returns

How to pay, what we refund, and how to raise a problem

Yes, nationwide, and it is what most of our customers choose. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider. Before you hand over the money, check that the outer box is intact and that the batch code printed on the carton matches the bottle inside — you are entitled to look.

The online methods enabled for your order are shown on the checkout page. Bank transfer is available for large or wholesale orders — ask us for the account details and send the receipt, and we will confirm and dispatch the same day the payment clears.

Sealed, unopened bottles in their original carton can be returned within seven days of delivery. For food and herbal preparations we cannot take back an opened bottle — once the induction seal is broken we have no way of knowing how it was stored, and we will not resell it to someone else. Return postage is yours unless the fault was ours.

Photograph the outer box before unpacking it further, then the damaged bottle, and send both to us on WhatsApp with your order number. We replace breakages and leaks at our cost, and we will usually have the replacement moving before the claim is even closed.

Once the returned parcel reaches Multan and we have checked the seals, refunds are issued within three to five working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, so we will ask for an account title and number at that point.

Wholesale & trade

Stockist terms, carton quantities, export and documentation

Write to our wholesale desk with your shop or clinic name, city and the categories you want to carry. We will send the current trade price list, carton quantities and the minimum opening order. We already supply roughly 900 stockists and hakeem clinics, so we can usually tell you straight away what moves in your area.

Trade orders are placed in full cartons rather than single bottles, and carton counts vary by pack size — a 800 ml syrup carton holds fewer units than a 120 ml arq carton. The opening order for a new stockist is deliberately modest so you can test the range before committing to a season.

For serious distributors, yes — we discuss it case by case, tied to volume and to how actively the range is being pushed. We will not promise exclusivity in a district and then quietly appoint a second party in the same street; that has never been how we work.

We provide product dossiers, ingredient breakdowns, certificates of analysis per batch and the manufacturing licence details required by most import authorities. Tell us the destination country and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet its requirements before you spend money on it.

On a limited basis, for partners with real volume, and only for formulations we are comfortable putting our own production behind. Everything is still made in our own plant under our own licence and quality panel — we do not rent out the line.
