Where we deliver
We deliver to every city and most towns in Pakistan through our courier partners. Orders are dispatched from our plant in Multan.
Charges
- Free delivery on all orders of Rs 3,000 and above.
- Rs 200 flat charge on orders below Rs 3,000.
- Cash on delivery is available nationwide at no extra cost.
Timelines
- Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Karachi: 2–3 working days
- Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days
- Remote areas including Gilgit-Baltistan and interior Balochistan: 5–8 working days
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are packed the same day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by SMS as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also see the status of every order under My Account.
Packaging
Glass bottles are wrapped individually and packed in double-wall cartons with corrugated dividers. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 48 hours and we will replace it.
