How it is made
Gums are dried and broken by hand before milling so they do not gum up the stones; the seeds and barks are ground separately and blended only at the final sift. Each botanical is single-origin, chosen batch by batch for colour and aroma. No sugar, no artificial flavouring, no preservative — only the herbs, finely powdered.
How to take it
Take one level teaspoon (about 5 g) with a cup of milk or plain water, twice daily — morning after breakfast and evening after dinner. Milk suits most women better, as the astringent herbs can taste sharp in water. Continue steadily for four to six weeks for a proper course.
