Most laxatives work by force. How it is made
Senna leaf is shade-dried to protect its potency, never sun-scorched, then milled with cleaned fennel and psyllium husk on slow stone and sifted fine so the powder disperses in water instead of floating. Each botanical is single-origin and graded by hand. Nothing artificial is added — no chemical stimulant laxative, no colour, no sweetener.
How to take it
Take one level teaspoon (about 5 g) stirred into a glass of warm water at bedtime, and drink it straight away before the psyllium thickens. Follow with a second glass of plain water. Expect a comfortable result the following morning. Drink plenty of water through the day while taking it.
