Castor has been the household purgative of the subcontinent for generations — the spoonful taken at bedtime, the morning that followed set right. Laraib presses the arand seed cold and filters it clear, producing an oil that is thick, faintly sweet and entirely unremarkable until, some hours later, it quietly goes to work.
What it is traditionally used for
- Taken at bedtime to relieve constipation easily and effectively

How it is made
Arand seed from a single-origin Punjab supplier is hulled and cold-pressed on a slow expeller, never heated and never solvent-extracted, then settled and filtered until the oil runs clear and pale. It is bottled straight from that filter. Nothing artificial is added: no mineral oil, no preservative, no flavouring to disguise the taste.
How to take it
Take 5–10 ml (one to two teaspoons) at bedtime with a little warm milk or orange juice, which makes the texture far easier. Expect it to work within six to eight hours. This is an occasional remedy, not a daily one — do not take it for more than three consecutive nights without advice.
