Roghan Machli is not a gentle oil and was never meant to be. How it is made
Oil from a single-source marine catch is rendered at controlled low temperature, then settled and filtered to remove solids while leaving the natural fatty-acid profile intact. It is not bleached, deodorised or thinned with a cheaper carrier, which is why the smell is frank and unmistakable. Nothing artificial is added — no fragrance, no colour, no filler.
How to take it
Warm a tablespoon in the palms and massage firmly into the affected joint or muscle for ten minutes, morning and night, working with the grain of the muscle rather than across it. Cover the area with a warm cloth afterwards to help it penetrate. For sciatica, work from the lower back down the length of the leg. Wash your hands well after use.
