How it is made
Linseed from a single-origin supplier in the Punjab plains is cleaned, then cold-pressed in a slow-turning expeller that never lets the seed warm enough to damage the oil. No solvent touches it and no heat is used to raise the yield. The oil is settled, filtered and bottled in dark glass. Nothing artificial is added.
How to take it
Internally, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) once daily, on its own or stirred into milk, yoghurt or a salad — never heated or used for cooking. Externally, warm a little between the palms and massage into the affected skin or muscle, leaving it thirty minutes before washing. Start with the internal dose every other day.
