In the Unani tradition a woman’s wellbeing is read through balance — of warmth, of rhythm, of strength returning after effort. How it is made
The herbs are cleaned, graded and steeped overnight, then drawn out in a slow open-vessel decoction so the water takes up the active fraction without ever scorching. That liquor is strained fine, reduced and married with syrup to a stable pharmaceutical consistency. Single-origin Pakistani botanicals only — no artificial colour, flavour or preservative goes into the bottle.
How to take it
Shake the bottle before pouring. Two teaspoons three times a day after meals, taken on its own or stirred into a little warm water if you prefer it lighter. Tradition suggests starting a few days before the expected date and continuing through two or three consecutive cycles rather than stopping after a week.
