Bael fruit, sour pomegranate rind and the astringent flowers of dhawa have calmed troubled intestines across the subcontinent for centuries. Ishali gathers them into a single dependable syrup. What it is traditionally used for

How it is made
The astringent fruits and flowers are dried, coarsely broken and simmered in a slow open decoction until the tannins are fully drawn out. The liquor is filtered twice, sweetened lightly and bottled at our Multan facility. Herbs are single-origin and graded by hand, and nothing artificial goes into the finished syrup.
How to take it
Adults take two teaspoons three times a day; children over five take one teaspoon. Take it after each loose motion until the bowel settles, then twice daily for two more days. Keep drinking water and oral rehydration solution alongside it, because a herbal astringent does not replace lost fluid.
