Muqawwi means strengthening, and khas means specific — a name the Unani tradition reserves for preparations aimed at one area rather than the whole body. This is the most conventionally therapeutic of Laraib’s tilas: a restrained formula, DRAP registered, built around supporting the tone of vessels, sinews and muscle in the tissue it is worked into. External use, used lightly and regularly.

How it is made
Selected strengthening botanicals are macerated in a cold-pressed sesame base and held at low, controlled heat until the oil takes on their character, then double-filtered until it runs clear. Every herb is single-origin and identity-checked before compounding. Nothing artificial is added — no mineral oil, no synthetic fragrance, no chemical preservative.
How to take it
For external use only. Warm three to five drops between the palms and massage into clean, dry skin with light, unhurried pressure for two to three minutes, once daily at night. Leave it to absorb; there is no need to wash it off. Wash your hands afterwards. Consistency matters more than quantity.
