How to take it
Stir two tablespoons into a tall glass of chilled water and let it stand a moment; the aroma opens as it dilutes. It works just as well in cold milk, over crushed ice with a squeeze of lemon, or made up in a jug for guests. Most households take a glass through the afternoon and another after sunset.
