How it is made

How to take it
Shake before use. Adults take two teaspoons (10 ml) three times a day, ideally after meals; children over ten take one teaspoon. Warm water alongside helps it act faster. If your trouble is predictably after dinner, a dose immediately after the meal works better than waiting for the discomfort to build.
